Sun City Camp provides hospitality services primarily through on-site accommodation and related facilities.

1. Check-in and Access to Accommodation

• Your booked accommodation (room/tent) is available at the standard check-in time of 14:00 (Jordan local time) on your arrival date.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. On-site Services

• Services such as dining, activities, and access to camp facilities are provided on the premises during your stay.

3. Proof of Identity for Service Delivery

• Guests must present valid photo identification (such as an international passport) at check-in.
• Sun City Camp reserves the right to deny check-in—and service delivery—in the absence of valid ID.

4. Service Availability

• While we aim to make all advertised services and facilities available, delivery may be impacted by maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
• Sun City Camp is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such disruptions.

5. Service Amendments and Extensions

• Amendments or extensions are subject to availability and current rates at the time of request.
• Extended services are confirmed only after payment and processing of the amendment.

6. Departure Procedures

• Services conclude at the standard check-out time of 12:00 (Jordan local time) on your departure date.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
